NBP has contracted, on behalf of Shipper, for transportation service on

the Gasoducto Bajanorte portion of the Yuma Lateral (also known as GB-

Algodones Lateral) which is located in Mexico. NBP agrees to provide

transportation service to Shipper from the interconnection of the GB-

Algodones Lateral with the GB Mainline in the vicinity of Algodones,

Mexico ("Receipt Point") to the US/Mexico Border at Yuma, Arizona in the

vicinity of County 10th Street ("Delivery Point"). This service will be

for a Maximum Daily Quantity of _______ Dth/Day and a term of ___ years.
