with NBP consistent with NBP's form of service agreement under Rate

Schedule FTS-1 as set forth in NBP's currently effective FERC Gas Tariff

and agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions of Service of NBP's

FERC Gas Tariff including, if applicable, NBP's capacity release

provisions contained in Paragraph 19 of the General Terms and Conditions

of NBP's FERC Gas Tariff.
