41. INFORMATIONAL POSTINGS

NBP shall post on its Internet website its procedures for

implementation of and compliance with the Commission's Standards of

Conduct regulations. All information required to be posted pursuant to

such regulations, including, but not limited to, organizational charts,

information on shared facilities and shared operating personnel,

discounts granted, and notices of waivers and/or exercises of

discretion in the application of tariff provisions will be provided on

NBP's Internet website under "Informational Postings." Such

information will be updated as required by applicable regulation(s)

issued by the Commission.
