1/ Each point of receipt quantity may be increased by an amount equal to

Transporter's fuel reimbursement percentage. Shipper shall be responsible

for providing such fuel reimbursement at each point of receipt on a pro

rata basis based on the quantities received on any day at a point of

receipt divided by the total quantity delivered at all point(s) of delivery

under this Agreement.

2/ The sum of the receipt quantities at point(s) of receipt shall be equal to

Shipper's Maximum Daily Quantity.

3/ The sum of the delivery quantities at point(s) of delivery shall be equal

to Shipper's Maximum Daily Quantity.

4/ Necessary pressure to enter Transporter's system and, except as otherwise

noted, not in excess of any pressure specified above.

5/ Unless otherwise specified, the Delivery Pressure(s) for the point(s)

listed above shall be the pressure existing from time to time at the

metering facility; however, Transporter reserves the right to deliver

quantities at the pressures up to the MAOP of that facility.
