12. Billing and Payment (Continued)

12.5 Late Billing: If presentation of a bill by Transporter is delayed

after the due date, then the time for payment shall be extended

correspondingly unless Shipper is responsible for such delay.

12.6 Adjustment of Billing Error: In the event an error is discovered in

any bill rendered by Transporter, the amount of such error shall be

adjusted, provided that claim therefore shall have been made within six

months from the date such bill was rendered. The adjustment shall be

made (after a rebuttal period of three months, except in the case of

deliberate omission or misrepresentation or mutual mistake of fact)

within thirty (30) days of the determination of such error.
