Intra-day nominations may be used to request increases or

transportation of additional quantities or reduce previously
scheduled quantities. Transporter will schedule such requests
using the scheduling priorities set forth in this Tariff,
except that a Releasing Shipper's request to recall released
capacity may result in the reduction of a Replacement Shipper's
previously scheduled quantities. An intra-day scheduling
transaction may change another Shipper's scheduled transaction
in accordance with the applicable NAESB standards.
