1.19 The term "NAESB or NAESB WGQ Standards" shall mean business

practices and electronic communication practices promulgated by

the Wholesale Gas Quadrant ("WGQ") of the "North American Energy

Standards Board" ("NAESB") and adopted and codified by the

Commission in Section 284.12(a) of the Commission's Regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, all NAESB WGQ Standards referenced by or

incorporated into this Tariff are Version 1.8. Notwithstanding

this Section 1.19, Transporter shall adhere to the NAESB WGQ

Standards as modified by Order No. 717. The NAESB WGQ Standards

listed below are hereby incorporated into this Tariff by

reference.
