6. User shall send Provider, by telecopy, a copy of the verified

affidavit provided to MRT pursuant to Section 8.4 of the General Terms and

Conditions of MRT's Tariff, prior to notifying MRT of the emergency.

7. All communications relating to this Agreement shall be made by

U.S. mail or telecopy as follows:

8. No waiver, representation or agreement, oral or otherwise, shall

affect the matters herein unless and until such is reduced to writing and

executed by the Parties, with a copy provided to MRT.

9. This Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of MRT's

FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1 and all regulations of the Federal

Energy Regulatory Commission.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the
