RECEIPT POINTS

For transportation service requested pursuant to Rate Schedules

FTS or SCT, all of MRT's existing receipt points as specified in its

Services Handbook shall be incorporated herein pursuant to Section 7.10

of the General Terms and Conditions of MRT's FERC Gas Tariff, Third

Revised Volume No. 1; however, Customer agrees to pay any additional

charges applicable to its utilization of a Secondary Receipt Point.*

* On any day, MRT shall not be obligated to receive from all receipt

points a cumulative quantity in excess of the MDQ set forth in

Section 3.2 of this Service Agreement.
