14. CAPACITY RELEASE (Continued)

(d) A release exempted from bidding pursuant to Section

14.5(c)(ii) above shall not be extended, continued or re-released to the

same Pre-Arranged Replacement Customer without being subject to the

bidding procedures set forth in this Section 14 unless

(i) such release is exempted from bidding pursuant to

Section 14.5(c)(i) or (iii) above; or

(ii) at least twenty-eight (28) days after the first thirty-

one (31) days or less release period has ended.

Pre-Arranged Replacement Customers may submit nominations to use

capacity acquired under this Section 14 at the first available

nomination opportunity afforded to Customers by MRT contemporaneous with

or after the compliance with all notification and confirmation

requirements provided for in this Section 14.5.
