14. CAPACITY RELEASE (Continued)

(i) The Releasing Customer must transmit notice of such

releases to MRT's Internet web site in accordance with the

schedule set forth below.

(A) Timely Cycle

(1) posting of prearranged deals not subject to bid due by

10:30 A.M;

(2) nomination possible beginning at the next available

nomination cycle for the effective date of the

contract.

(B) Evening Cycle

(1) posting of prearranged deals not subject to bid due by

5:00 P.M;

(2) nomination possible beginning at the next available

nomination cycle for the effective date of the

contract.

(C) Intraday 1 Cycle

(1) posting of prearranged deals not subject to bid due by

9:00 A.M;

(2) nomination possible beginning at the next available

nomination cycle for the effective date of the

contract.

(D) Intraday 2 Cycle

(1) posting of prearranged deals not subject to bid due by

4:00 P.M;

(2) nomination possible beginning at the next available

nomination cycle for the effective date of the

contract.
