14. CAPACITY RELEASE (Continued)

(C) Evening Recall Notification:

(1) A Releasing Customer recalling capacity

must provide notice of such recall to MRT

and the first Replacement Customer no

later than 5:00 p.m. on the day that

Evening Nominations are due;

(2) MRT will provide notification of such

recall to all affected Replacement

Customers no later than 6:00 p.m. on the

day that Evening Nominations are due

(Central Clock Time).

(D) Intraday 1 Recall Notification:

(1) A Releasing Customer recalling capacity

must provide notice of such recall to MRT

and the first Replacement Customer no

later than 7:00 a.m. on the day that

Intraday 1 Nominations are due;

(2) MRT will provide notification of such

recall to all affected Replacement

Customers no later than 8:00 a.m. on the

day that Intraday 1 Nominations are due

(Central Clock Time); and

(E) Intraday 2 Recall Notification:

(1) A Releasing Customer recalling capacity

must provide notice of such recall to MRT

and the first Replacement Customer no

later than 2:30 p.m. on the day that

Intraday 2 Nominations are due;

(2) MRT will provide notification of such

recall to all affected Replacement

Customers no later than 3:30 p.m. on the

day that Intraday 2 Nominations are due

(Central Clock Time).
