utilizing the point will be credited with the amount of gas scheduled

for receipt or delivery. Any imbalance will be treated as an

imbalance between the interconnecting entity and MRT, in accordance

with the terms of the OBA.

(d) MRT may suspend OBAs during a System Protection Warning,

as set forth in the OBA's terms.

(e) PDA methodologies need not be submitted pursuant to

Section 7.7 of these General Terms and Conditions for points at which

an OBA is in effect.
