8. NOMINATIONS, SCHEDULING, AND CURTAILMENT (Continued)

(viii) All nominations, including intraday nominations,

should be based on a daily quantity; thus, an intraday nominator

need not submit an hourly nomination. Intraday nominations should

include an effective date and time. The interconnected parties

should agree on the hourly flows of the intraday nomination, if

not otherwise addressed in MRT's contract or tariff.

(b) The Receipt and Delivery Location Codes are provided to

Customers and Pool Owners in the applicable Service Agreement and are

posted on MRT's Internet web site.

(c) If an upstream or downstream party requires additional

information or additional information is otherwise required by MRT,

upon notification by MRT, Customer or Pool Operator must provide such

additional information as specified by MRT.
