5. PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTING SERVICE (Continued)

(k) Disclosure of Open Season Bids: MRT shall disclose the

aggregation of bids received in an Open Season for an expansion to

existing Customers and to provide such Customers an opportunity to

turnback their capacity after the initial Open Season if such capacity can

be used to meet the demands of the Customers that submitted bids during

the Open Season and offset the need for certain expansion facilities.
