of, the Gas to compression, cooling, cleaning, products extraction and other
processes.
4.2 Specifications. Unless otherwise specified in the Service
Agreement or Operational Balancing Agreement, or unless MRT waives the
specification detailed herein if such waiver will not impair the integrity of
MRT's system, the gas received or delivered under the terms of the Service
Agreement or Operational Balancing Agreement shall conform to the following
specifications:
(a) Solids. The gas shall be commercially free from solid
matter, dust and gum forming constituents which might cause injury to
or interference with proper operation of the lines, storage wells,

oxygen content in excess of .05% by volume, and the parties shall make
every reasonable effort to keep the gas free from oxygen.
(c) Carbon Dioxide. The gas shall not at any time have a carbon
dioxide content in excess of two percent (2%) by volume.
(d) Nitrogen. The gas shall not at any time have a nitrogen
content in excess of two and one-half percent (2.5%) by volume.
(e) Hydrogen. The gas shall contain no carbon monoxide,
halogens, or unsaturated hydrocarbons, and no more than four hundred
parts per million (400 ppm) of hydrogen.
(f) Liquids. The gas shall be free of water and hydrocarbons in
liquid form at the temperature and pressure at which the gas is
delivered.
(g) Water Vapor Content. The gas shall in no event contain
water vapor in excess of seven (7) pounds per one million (1,000,000)
cubic feet, measured at a pressure base of 14.73 psia and at a
temperature of sixty degrees Fahrenheit.
