2.9 MRT shall notify Customers of intraday bumps, OFOs and other

critical notices (as defined in this tariff) in the manner provided in this

tariff unless the Customer has provided MRT with a written request specifying

that EDI or Internet e-mail (up to two Internet e-mail addresses) notification

be used.
