6. RATES AND CHARGES (Continued)
6.2 For all service rendered under this rate schedule Customers shall
pay MRT each month the sum of the following:
(a) Inventory Charge - A charge per month equal to the product
of the inventory rate and the Customer's average monthly inventory. The
average monthly inventory shall be the average of the Customer's highest
and lowest inventories during the month;
(b) Injection Charge - A charge equal to the product of the
injection rate and the total quantities of natural gas injected by MRT
on behalf of the Customer during the billing month;
(c) Withdrawal Charge - A charge equal to the product of the
withdrawal rate and the total quantities of natural gas withdrawn by MRT
on behalf of the Customer during the billing month;
(d) Authorized Overrun Charge - A charge equal to the product of
the applicable authorized overrun rate and any authorized overrun
quantities permitted by MRT during the billing month; and
(e) Other Fees and Charges - Other fees, charges, and penalties
which may be assessed as provided by the General Terms and Conditions
or which may be permitted by the Commission.
6.3 Customer shall reimburse MRT in kind for fuel usage and lost or
unaccounted for gas. MRT will retain the applicable Fuel Use and LUFG
Percentages of gas quantities delivered for injection into storage and of gas
volumes withdrawn from storage. The applicable Fuel Use and LUFG Percentages
are set forth on the currently effective Sheet No. 8 of this tariff.
