2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE (Continued)
2.3 Service provided by MRT under this rate schedule shall be firm and
shall not be subject to curtailment, interruption or discontinuance, except as
specified in Sections 8 and 9 of the General Terms and Conditions.
2.4 Service under Rate Schedule FSS shall be provided through the use
of MRT's aggregated storage facilities. Customers shall not be allocated
capacity or deliverability from any one specific storage facility.
2.5 All deliveries for injection into storage and receipts for
withdrawal from storage shall be made at the Unionville Storage Field
receipt/delivery point.
2.6 MRT will permit Rate Schedule FSS Customers to inject gas into
storage during the withdrawal season on a best efforts basis.
2.7 An FSS Agreement must commence at the beginning of the injection
season and continue for a term of one or more years ending at the end of a
withdrawal season, unless MRT otherwise agrees.
3. INJECTIONS
