south of the Missouri/Arkansas border.

3/ Market and Field Zone rates are additive.

4/ Rate Schedule FTS Base Rates include the following Underground

Storage cost components:

5/ Where MRT offers discounts for transportation service, MRT's rate components will be

6/ LUFG Percentage for transactions utilizing the following facilities listed under
