6. FUEL AND LOSSES

Shipper shall provide daily to Transporter, at no cost to Transporter, the

quantity of gas required for system fuel and uses and for gas lost and

unaccounted for, associated with rendering transportation service pursuant to

this Rate Schedule. The quantity of gas retained by Transporter for fuel and

losses shall equal the quantity of gas tendered at the Receipt Point multiplied

by the applicable percentage shown in the Summary of Rates and Charges in

Transporter's effective Tariff.
