received.

4.2 Delivery Points

Subject to the availability of capacity, any Delivery Point on Company's

Mainline shall be eligible for designation as a Primary Delivery Point(s) for

gas transported under this Rate Schedule pursuant to Subsection 15.2 of the

General Terms and Conditions of Company's FERC Gas Tariff. Company shall not

be required under any circumstances to deliver gas at any Delivery Point where

the total quantity of gas scheduled for delivery on any day is less than that

required for the accurate measurement of quantities to be delivered. Nothing

in this Section 4 is intended to limit the rights of either the Releasing

non-uniform hourly quantities during any day.
