gas shall be subject to the sum of the Rate Schedule PAL - Mainline Maximum Rate and the Rate

Schedule IT - Eastern Mainline Maximum Rate, subject to Section 27 of the General Terms and

Conditions of Company's FERC Gas Tariff.
