27.3 The information set forth in Paragraphs 27.1 and 27.2 must be submitted to Pipeline

on Pipeline's Request Service Form, which is available from Pipeline on request.

27.4 Pipeline may, in its reasonable discretion and on a non-discriminatory basis, waive

the obligation of Potential Customer to provide all or part of the information required to be

provided by this Section 27.
