beginning with the rate most proximate to the minimum rate up to the maximum rate of
Pipeline then in effect. Where Pipeline is required to curtail scheduled interruptible
service and Customers are paying the same rate for such service, Pipeline shall prorate
the available capacity among said Customers; provided, however, that such capacity
shall only be available for pro rationing to the extent that capacity has not already been
made available to Customers paying a higher rate for such interruptible service.
(2) Following curtailment of interruptible service, scheduled service under Pipeline's firm
transportation rate schedules, including Rate Schedule NNS, shall be curtailed on a pro
rata basis, based upon Pipeline's maximum firm daily contractual obligations to provide
firm service on that Day.
(b) Upon determination that curtailment is necessary, Pipeline may at its sole discretion,
rely upon the ranking provided by Customer to Pipeline of individual transactions when
such Customer is involved in multiple transactions at any single Point of Receipt or
Delivery. Any such reliance, however, shall be invoked only in such conditions of this
Section 6, Curtailment Procedures, exist.
