transaction. Any user of GEMStm shall indemnify Transporter

against all adverse claims of any or all persons, that may

result from such user's access to and use of GEMStm.

23.7 Effective August 1, 1997, Transporter has established a HTML

page accessible via the Internet's World Wide Web, consistent

with the requirements of GISB Standard No. 4.3.6.
