(l) Remaining Capacity. In the event that a Releasing Shipper
does not release all of its firm entitlements, the Releasing
Shipper shall remain responsible for the remaining
entitlements and is entitled to utilize the remaining
entitlements with the MDQ reduced accordingly by the released
capacity quantities.
(m) No Rollover. The Releasing Shipper shall not re-release firm
entitlements that were previously released pursuant to Section
21.1(i)(2), above, to the same Pre-arranged Replacement
Shipper on a pre-arranged basis, until twenty-eight (28) Days
after the end of the first release period. The 28-day hiatus
does not apply to any re-release to the same Replacement
Shipper that is posted for bidding or that qualifies for any
other exemptions from bidding under Section 21.1(i).
Subsections 21.1(i)(1), 21.1(i)(3) and 21.1(i)(4) transactions
can be rolled-over for subsequent periods without bidding.
(n) Agreement For Multiple Capacity Release Transactions. In lieu
of execution of individual Agreement(s), Transporter and
Replacement Shipper may execute a Master Service Agreement For
Capacity Release Transactions to cover multiple capacity
release transactions.
