pursuant to Section 9.2 of these General Terms and

Conditions relinquished, regardless of the original term

established under such Agreement(s). Nominations

submitted and rejected because of capacity constraints

will qualify as being utilized under this provision.

6.6 Shipper will be required to review GEMStm to view all

scheduled nominations. Transporter will notify a Shipper

via Electronic Communication, if a segmented nomination

was not accepted and the reason why.
