1.70 The term "Wire Transfer" shall mean payments made/effected by wire

transfer (Fedwire, CHIPS, or Book Entry), or Automated

Clearinghouse, or any other recognized electronic or automated

payment mechanism that is agreed upon by Transporter in the

future.

1.71 The term "Working Storage Gas" shall mean the quantity of Gas held

in storage by Transporter for Shipper.

1.72 Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined pursuant to NAESB.
