(2) In the case of any Shipper that purchases Gas from a

Shipper under this Rate Schedule, service to such

Shipper shall be subject to an adjustment for

Transporter's Use that includes Transportation Service

in the applicable Pooling Area, and in that event the

Shipper hereunder shall not be subject to an adjustment

for Transporter's Use.
