4. PRIOR PERIOD ADJUSTMENTS

Before the close of the Service Month, Transporter shall use the

best information available to update the consumption data provided

by Shipper hereunder. After allocations have closed, any prior

period adjustments associated with service hereunder shall be

reconciled between the Shipper and the operator of the electronic

measurement facilities.

5. COMMISSION AND OTHER REGULATORY FEES

Shipper shall reimburse Transporter directly for any separately

stated fees required by the Commission or any other federal or any

state regulatory body which are related to service provided under

this Rate Schedule.

6. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff are hereby

specifically incorporated herein by reference and made a part of

this Rate Schedule.
