(c) If any Shipper has Deficient Quantities on its MBS Supply

Transportation at the end of any Service Month, such

Shipper may elect in lieu of Cashout thereunder to have

such Deficient Quantities subtracted from its MBS Storage

Account, by an amount not to exceed the remaining quantity

in the MBS Storage Account.
