Interruptible Transportation Service

6. DEFINITIONS

6.1 The term "Hour" shall mean a period of sixty consecutive minutes

beginning at the top of the Hour, e.g., 9:00, or such other

period of sixty consecutive minutes mutually acceptable to

Transporter and Shipper.

7. COMMISSION AND OTHER REGULATORY FEES

Shipper shall reimburse Transporter directly for any separately stated

fees required by the Commission or any other federal or any state

regulatory body which are related to service provided under this Rate

Schedule.

8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff are hereby

specifically incorporated herein and made a part of this Rate

Schedule.
