6.MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM RATES

Transporter, at its sole discretion may from time to time and at any time selectively adjust any or all of

the rates stated above applicable to any individual Shipper; provided, however, that such adjusted rate(s)

shall not exceed the applicable Maximum Rate(s) nor shall they be less than the Minimum Rate(s) set forth

on Sheet No.4 of this Tariff or superseding Tariff. Transporter shall have the right to charge the Maximum

Rate at any time as a condition for new or extended service. Transporter shall make all filings required

by the F.E.R.C. Regulations with respect to any charges at less than the Maximum Rate.

7.TRANSPORTATION IN EXCESS OF MAXIMUM DAILY QUANTITY

Shipper may request Transporter to transport Gas for Shipper on any day in excess of Shipper's Maximum

Daily Quantity. Transporter may do so if in its judgement, it can do so without adverse effect on

Transporter's operations or in meeting its other service obligations. Such transportation service in

excess of the Maximum Daily Quantity shall be subject to Sections 11 and 12 of the General Terms and

Conditions.

8.REQUEST FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

Requests for transportation hereunder shall be submitted not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date

service is requested to commence and shall be considered acceptable only if the following information is

provided in writing on a copy of the Transportation Service Request Form appearing at Tariff Sheet Nos. 52

and 53 of this FERC Gas Tariff. The Request must be submitted to the Transporter at the following

8.1 Shipper(s) Names

a. Name, address, representative and telephone number.

8.2 Quantity (Stated in dth)

a. Maximum Daily Quantity to be transported.

8.3 Term of Service

a. Date service is requested to commence

b. Date service is requested to terminate.

8.4 Related Interstate Transporters

Shipper shall identify the transporting entity that will carry the transported gas immediately before

delivery to Transporter and the transporting entity that will receive the gas immediately after

Transporter has performed transportation of the gas.
