CONFIRMATION OF NOMINATIONS

1.1 The Parties shall confirm nominations as provided for in Section 6 of

the General Terms and Conditions of Millennium FERC Gas Tariff. Any written

notice shall be deemed delivered when transmitted by facsimile or when

mailed, by either certified or ordinary mail, postage prepaid, to the post

office address of either of the Parties hereto, as the case may be, as
