GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Continued)
(b) where Electronic Measurement equipment is not provided,
(1) by the contemporaneous application of the arithmetic
or other average of the hourly or daily continuous heating value
Record,
(2) by prospective application of the results of analyses
of samples of the gas; or
(c) by any other method or methods mutually agreed upon by
Transporter and Shipper.
26.8 Supercompressibility.
(a) The deviation of the natural gas from the Ideal Gas Laws shall
be determined:
(1) in accordance with the American Gas Association, Par
Research Project NX-19 report, titled "Manual for the Determination of
Supercompressibility Factors for Natural Gas", Reprinted 1976, if the
composition of the natural gas is such to render this procedure
applicable, or
(2) by any other method mutually agreed upon by
Transporter and Shipper.
(b) If the measurement method used by Transporter requires the
concentrations of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, the concentrations of nitrogen
and carbon dioxide shall be determined by chromatographic or other generally
accepted analytical method at Transporter's option:
(1) where Electronic Measurement equipment is provided,
(a) by contemporaneous application of continuous
instantaneous measurements of the concentrations of nitrogen
and carbon dioxide, or by contemporaneous application of the
arithmetic or other average of the concentrations of nitrogen
and carbon dioxide for the time during which gas was flowing,
