For recall notification provided to Transporter prior to the recall
notification deadline specified in NAESB WGQ Standard No. 5.3.44 and received
between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Transporter should provide notification to
all affected Replacement Shippers no later than one hour after receipt of
such recall notification. For recall notification provided to Transporter
after 5:00 p.m. and prior to 7:00 a.m., Transporter shall provide
notification to all affected Replacement Shippers no later than 8:00 a.m.
after receipt of such recall notification (Central Clock Time).
(d) For the recall notification provided to Transporter, the
quantity shall conform to Transporter's capacity recall notification
specification. Transporter requires that the quantity must be expressed in
terms of adjusted total released capacity entitlements based upon the Elapsed
Prorata Capacity.
(e) Assignment Agreements that call for payment by Shipper of a
one-part volumetric rate may not be released and assigned.
