1.23 "Maximum Hourly Receipt Quantity" or "MHRQ" means the maximum hourly

quantity of gas that Transporter is obligated to receive from or for the

account of Shipper pursuant to a Service Agreement under Rate Schedule HT-1.

1.24 "Mcf" means one thousand Cubic Feet of gas.
