1/ An ACA Unit Charge per Dth, in accordance with Section 34 of the General

Terms and Conditions of Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff and Section 154.402 of

the FERC regulations, shall be assessed on all quantities of gas scheduled for

transportation under Rate Schedules FT-1, FT-2, BH-1, HT-1, and IT-1.

2/ For HT-1 Service, Shipper will be billed the Reservation Rate agreed to

with Transporter multiplied by Shipper's Transportation Demand times an hourly

factor equal to 24 divided by the Hourly Delivery Period stated in the Service

Agreement.
