7. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE:

The provisions of Transporter's applicable Rate Schedule and the

General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff are

specifically incorporated herein by reference and made a part

hereof.

8. OTHER CONDITIONS:

This section will include any other terms and conditions of

release that the Releasing Shipper specified in its capacity

release offer pursuant to Section 26 of the General Terms and

Conditions of Transporter's Tariff. In no event shall such other

terms and conditions of release be contrary to any provision

contained in Transporter's General Terms and Conditions.

9. NOTICES:

All notices can be given by telephone or other electronic means,

however, such notice shall be confirmed in writing at the

addresses below or via 1LineSM or facsimile. Shipper or

Transporter may change the addresses below by written notice to

the other without the necessity of amending this Agreement:
