Offers should be binding until written or electronic

notice of withdrawal is received by Transporter.

Transporter should post offers and bids, including

prearranged deals, upon receipt, unless releasing

Shipper requests otherwise. If a releasing Shipper

requests a posting time, Transporter should support

such request insofar as it comports with the standard

Capacity Release timeline specified in Section

26.1(f) below.
