5. PRIORITY OF SERVICE

5.1 Transporter shall have the right to curtail or discontinue

services, in whole or in part, on all or a portion of its

system at any time for reasons of Force Majeure or when

capacity or operating conditions so require, or it is

necessary to make modifications, repairs or operating

changes to its system. Transporter shall provide Shipper

such notice of such curtailment as is reasonable under the

circumstances. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary

contained in this Section 5.1, Transporter will schedule

routine repairs and maintenance in a manner that to the

greatest extent possible will not disrupt the flow of

quantities scheduled and confirmed in accordance with

Section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.
