1.56A The term "Title Transfer" shall mean the change of title

to Gas between parties at a location.

1.56B The term "Title Transfer Tracking" shall mean the

process of accounting for the progression of title

changes from party to party which process does not

effect a physical movement of the Gas.

1.56C The term "Title Transfer Tracking Service Provider" or

"TTTSP" shall mean a party conducting Title Transfer

Tracking activities.

1.57 The terms "Transportation" and "Transportation Service"

shall mean transportation of Gas by either forward haul,

displacement or Backhaul or any combination thereof.
