1.20 The term "Equivalent Quantities" shall mean a quantity

of Gas containing an amount of Dekatherms equal to the

amount of Dekatherms received by Transporter for the

account of Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) reduced,

where applicable, by the Dekatherms removed for

Transporter's Use.
