7. OPERATIONAL MEETINGS

Transporter shall offer to meet at least once every two years

with its Shippers under this Rate Schedule to discuss

operational issues. Such meetings may be conducted with one

or more Shippers or with individual Shippers meeting at a

mutually agreeable time and location.
