21.2 Operating Notices. Either Party may notify the other in writing of the

address of the person or persons who shall have authority to act for

such Party in connection with the operation of pipelines, facilities,

and wells in connection with this Rate Schedule and the Firm

Transportation Service Agreement, and operating notices shall thereafter

be served upon such person or persons.
