ARTICLE 18 - INSPECTION OF EQUIPMENT AND RECORDS

18.1 Inspection and Record Retention. Upon five Days prior written notice,

Shipper and Transporter shall have the right to inspect all measurement

equipment installed or furnished by the other party, and the records and

other measurement or test data of the other party, at all times during

normal business hours; but the reading, calibration and adjustment of

such equipment shall be done only by the party installing or furnishing

same. Unless the parties otherwise agree, each party shall preserve all

original test data and other similar records in such party's possession,

for a period of at least three (3) years.

18.2 Records Inspection. Shipper and Transporter shall have the right to

examine at reasonable times the books and records of the other to the

extent necessary to verify the accuracy of any statement, charge or

computation made pursuant to this Rate Schedule.
