ARTICLE 17 - MEASUREMENT

17.1 Transporter and Shipper are subject to Section 2, Measurement, and

Section 3, Measuring Equipment, of the General Terms and Conditions in

Transporter's FERC Gas Tariff, as revised from time to time, with the

exception of Section 3.7, which is replaced in its entirety with the

following:

If for any reason measuring equipment is out of service and/or out of

repair so that the amount of Gas received or delivered cannot be

measured or computed from the reading thereof, the Gas received or

delivered during the period such measuring equipment is out of service

and/or out of repair shall be estimated and agreed upon by the Parties

hereto upon the basis of the best data available, using the first of the

following methods which is feasible:

(a) by using the registration of any check measuring equipment if

installed and accurately registering.

(b) by correcting the error, if the percentage of error is

ascertainable by calibration, tests, or mathematical calculation.

(c) by estimating the quantities received or delivered based on

deliveries during periods of similar operating conditions when the

measuring equipment was registering accurately.
