15.5 Bidding for Transportation Rights. (Continued)

(7) the objective terms and conditions of any and all

contingencies upon which the bid is submitted

(including, but not limited to, the contingency that

the Releasing Shipper will make a payment to the

Replacement Shipper as consideration for accepting a

release), if the Release Request specifically provides

for the submission of such contingent bids, including

the date by which Bidder will notify Transporter

either in writing or electronically on Transporter's

Designated Site if any and all such contingencies have

not been satisfied;

(8) an irrevocable statement that, subject only to the

provisions of Section 15.5(d), the Bidder agrees to

accept the Release in accordance with all other terms

and conditions of the Release Request, including any

and all terms and conditions governing bids which are

submitted on a contingency basis.
