13.6 Notification of Allocation Rules.

Upon written notification to Transporter, the Interconnect

Operator may change its respective allocations and allocation

methodologies prospectively during the Month, but not

retroactively.

Upon receipt of a request from Shipper, Transporter will notify

Shipper of the allocation procedure utilized at Shipper's Receipt

and Delivery Points.
